•Plan, organize and provide supervision and oversight for the daily maintenance operations in the plant. • Drive Continuous improvement programs within the Maintenance Group (5S, Kaizen, Lean techniques) • Develop and drive Key Business Metrics within the Maintenance group (MTBF, OEE, etc). • Spec. out, and design locker room changing area, new fume hoods, and cold box storage area. • Mentor and lead new Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt practitioners on projects. • Drive and improve Environment Health and Safety Initiatives (Ex. SafeStart) throughout the plant. • Lead ISO, FDA, GMP audits and prepare any associated CAPA’s • Help reduce carbon footprint by implementing LED’s in facilities, newer air compressors, and plant HVAC upgrades. Additionally working with PG&E for project rebates and participating in Demand Response.
