As Social Media and Publicity Coordinator, I am responsible for outgoing communication of the Adelaide University Hockey Club. This includes mostly social media, advertising and website.
My role combines social media and account management, overseeing the creation, strategy, and promotion of content across multiple platforms. I manage diverse client portfolios, ensuring each project is executed smoothly from concept to completion, while aligning with clients' unique goals and objectives.
As Sales Coordinator I am responsible for the management of corporate partnership accounts and product sales. This includes the management of sales accounts, the seeking out of future partners and advocacy and implementation of B2B services. My secondary responsibilities include the creation and implementation of marketing materials, management of social media accounts and the implementation of marketing strategy and branding. Many of my tasks include Project Development, Budget Management, Resource Development, Public Speaking, Event Coordination, Report Writing, Partnership Management, Grant Preparation and Submission and Sales Account Management.
My responsibilities at TABOO include liaising with local and national business to engage the community with TABOO's missions and aims. Alongside this, I assisted with marketing campaigns, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator with insights from Web Analytics and Social Media Metrics. I also utilised my skills in sound engineering learnt from my experience at the Elder Conservatorium by editing and publishing their podcast, 'The Flow'.
As part of the Senior Coaching team at the club I am responsible for the Metro 1 Women's team. This role includes: • Liaising with the Academy Coach to coordinate player development • Plan and implement 2 trainings per week • Making team selections and appropriately communicating selection decisions to players. • Assist with the implementation of the preseason program • Liaise with Hockey SA and SASI in regard to the State High Performance Program • Maintain regular communication with the committee • Communicate with the committee on coaching initiatives/issues to help the club provide the best. possible experience for its members • Actively support and encourage players to perform at the highest level
