This role saw me devising and implementing the growth strategy for the group, with full P&L accountability. I lead a team of 12 to identify, unlock, win new opportunities and induct them into Nisa, along with dotted line reports within central operations and finance. I created and implemented a new Induction team, with full end to end processes, to help deliver the new business into Nisa, taking new partners on a 90 day journey, to unlock the true potential of every new partner, whilst giving them tailored and structured support. I worked closely with PR and Marketing to devise and implement PR and digital strategy to attract new partners, to help deliver the new business strategy.
This role saw me managing a >£80m new business budget and devising the new business strategy for all channels within the group. I was accountable for ensuring all business was profitable and contributed towards EBITDA. I lead a team of New Business Managers, a lead generation Executive and 2 Development Executives, to help implement the strategy and deliver the new business I have built a high performing team, delivering over £80m in New Business LFY, seeing exponential growth for the group YOY.
This role saw me taking the lead in the National Account team and devising the strategy for the business unit. I had full P&L accountability across a diverse account portfolio.
This role saw me managing a large sales team of Business Development Managers, coaching and developing them, to drive sustainable growth and distribution within the convenience symbol and independent channel. Progressing from a Business Development Manager into a Sales Manager. I grew sales exponentially YOY for 3 years running, driving a large growth & ROI for the channel.
