I lead the Credit and Customer Operations functions at NextGear Capital, with end-to-end accountability for credit strategy and the delivery of a high-quality customer journey across the business. In this role, I oversee credit underwriting, pricing strategy, and portfolio risk, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercially balanced decision-making and sustainable growth. I am also responsible for shaping and executing customer service and success strategies, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and consistently high standards of support across all touchpoints. As a senior leader, I drive performance through strong team leadership, developing high-performing credit and customer teams while embedding robust operational processes. I play an active role within the senior leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and cross-functional initiatives across NextGear Capital and the wider Cox Automotive group.
