As a faculty instructor within Colorado State University's Department of Sociology since 2011, I am responsible for developing, managing, and delivering both traditional face-to-face and asynchronous online courses aligned with needs of the Department and the College of Arts and Sciences. Courses which I have developed and taught include synchronous, face-to-face, and asynchronous online types within the sociology, criminology, and criminal justice subfields. As opportunities have arisen, I have provided service and support to the Department & University in the areas of new faculty hiring review and curriculum development, as well as student advising. As a research project manager, I created, budgeted, executed numerous qualitative and quantitative social science research projects, and disseminated the final results to diverse stakeholders, while occassionally supervising research center staff. As needed, I developed collaborative research and information sharing partnerships with governmental, non-profit, and private sector organizations in the Colorado front range area.

My leadership has consistently resulted in hitting or exceeding revenue targets and expanding our market presence through tailored, data-driven solutions that address key challenges in higher education.
As Senior Director, I led managed a high-performing team, driving business and revenue growth through consultative selling and solution-based strategies for our higher ed members/clients. I developed operational and sales processes, coached team members, and worked cross-functionally to align objectives. My leadership resulted in exceeding annual revenue targets and significant growth in new business opportunities.
Led the business development and sales strategy creation for the the Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation consulting group. Supervised practice leaders, consultants, and support staff to collaboratively to realize our OneAGB strategic vision, as well as the financial and strategic goals of our consulting practice. Regularly engaged in listening sessions, conversations, and consultative sales calls with a diverse array of Higher Ed institutions and C-suite leaders. Developed virtual content and moderated webinars, workshops, and conference presentations. Ultimately, I am responsible for both driving growth in the number of engagements and fiscal year revenue, while ensuring our team continues to improve operationally and tactically. In FY21, our team achieved $2+ million in revenue (+15% over prior year).
I managed the daily operations of the 1,300+ subscriber academic, peer-reviewed journal. This included supervising the content pipeline, ensuring production schedules were met, and preparing submissions publication. I prepared and presented annual reports, alongside th editors, at the Midwest Sociological Society meetings and served as the journal's point of contact for internal and external communications. I coordinated task flows and information sharing between the marketing, production, editorial and advisory board teams to ensure journal goals and objectives were well-defined.
