• Responsible for the monthly tracking and planning of our the variable brewery costs globally consisting of over $21Bn annually. • Responsible for the tracking of our over $10Bn spend, related to commodities and non-dollarized FX exposure, working together with treasury to ensure we mitigate our risk and hedge accordingly • Responsible for the planning and monitoring of our annual budget process including escalations on the side of commodity/FX, as well as non-commodity and our annual savings program to minimise our cost inflation • Worked on the implementation of new systems to bring our reporting into the next century, including our Supply Chain Financial Data, Risk Management, 1 & 3 Year Plans, as well as cost simulations mainly through the platforms Anaplan and PowerBi

• Responsible for the finance tracking and planning behind our vertical operations spend of $3.5bn contributing over $1.2bn of gross margin. • Scope consisted of over 60 plant locations to supply to the breweries of AB-InBev and 3rd party customers. Provide guidance and policy of transfer price, gross and operating margin and return on capital, 'make vs. buy' decision process • Development of 1YP, 3YP annual budget process, monthly financial analysis, KPI tracking & monitoring, and presenting financial performance results to Chief Procurement & Chief Supply Officers
• Responsible for the change management behind a core banking system transformation project. This included the strategy behind the reformation of different business units based to accommodate the new system as well as the training of all employees onto their new tasks • Responsible for multiple project management engagements, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, identifying bottle necks and developing contingency plans
- Worked on analysing possible technological applications in the FMCG industry. - Extensive primary and secondary research into different technologies and their applications. - Conducted feasibility studies with respect to both implementation and operating expenses.
