About

Born and raised in Collingwood, Ontario, now residing in amongst the beautiful hills of Creemore, Ontario with my family. I attended Collingwood Collegiate Institute and Georgian College for the Professional Golf Management Business Program. I received Canadian Professional Golf Status in 1999. In November 2000 I made the switch from the golf industry to the Automobile Industry and have never looked back. Since 2000, I have been dedicated and working hard building an outstanding reputation with dedicated customers in the Automotive industry in multiple roles ranging from Sales, Sales Management, Financial Services, and General Management. In my automotive career I achieved multiple professional goals and received many awards in performance, sales and growth within the industry. With ample experience with customers with diverse backgrounds, no matter what their family and financial needs, I have always been on hand to help them out any way I can as if they were one of my own family. In 2016 I stepped away from the automotive industry for a period of time while dealing with my wife Christa’s cancer. Unfortunately Christa passed away in 2016. In 2018 I came back to the retail side until September 2019 when I wanted to make a impact in the financial side of the automotive industry. With the creation of SafeLend Canada in 2020, during this awful pandemic we are all dealing with, my goal is to use the wealth of my knowledge and experience to become a industry leader ahead of the changing curve and a source of inspiration to others. SafeLend Canada was built around the philosophy of helping people by refinancing their current vehicle offering lower interest rates, lowering their payment, lowering their overall cost. This will avoid people creating “No Win Situations” by adding “negative equity” to a new lower interest rate loan and worsening their financial situation. We have also found opportunities for our network or customers to protect their automobile through other avenues then having to be forced into that decision at time of purchase from the dealership. I pride myself in building long term relationships with people, and this is how we built SafeLend Canada.
