Director of Legal & Commercial Affairs with 18+ years’ experience delivering and restructuring waste-to-energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe, the U.S. and MENA. I combine board-level commercial leadership with a practising project-finance legal background, specialising in the origination, structuring and negotiation of complex, capital-intensive transactions. I lead FCC’s global Waste to Energy programmes alongside the Global Head of WtE, advising on risk allocation, concession strategy, bankability, M&A and long-term contractual frameworks. My experience spans PPP, BOT, IPP and DBFO models, major acquisitions, and the restructuring of multiple multi-billion-pound concessions. Integrating legal, commercial and operational expertise, I focus on creating bankable structures, resolving complex risks and disputes, and ensuring successful project delivery from early development through to close, construction and operation.
