Providing overwatch to over 60 pharmaceutical sites all over the EMEA region, working closely with Facility Managers and Associate Directors to ensure their sites are operating to a very high standard, running daily footfall reports to make sites aware of the number of staff working which are currently on site, monitoring Lenel ON Gaurd keeping watch for all critical alarms and making sure if the relevant site needs any assistance, carrying out detailed camera checks looking for any faults and reporting them to the relevant departments to be fixed, providing support to the Global Watch Desk and assisting them with any global threats which could have an impact to global operations such as terrorist attacks and extreme weather conditions.
Responding to critical alarms within a set time frame. Monitoring CCTV, access control, patrolling the site and making sure site is safe and secure at all times, working closely with the Control Room Supervisor to make sure all security procedures are adhered too.
