In my two decades in media, I have had a front row seat to the evolution of the industry and led business transformations from linear channels to streaming platforms, while facing an increasingly competitive environment. Along the way, I have learned that obstacles are opportunities to reinvent and running into change will drive the greatest positive impact. Leading Paramount Global, alongside my fellow Co-CEOs, we are proud to have returned the company back to growth up +30% in profits to $3.1B this past year. Driven by the success of Paramount+ and fueled by our hit content, we now rank as the #2 SVOD for Original Series hours watched as of the end of 2024. I also oversee Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios where, with our talented teams and our creative partners, we have created some of the biggest cultural defining hits including: Yellowstone, Emily in Paris, Landman, Lioness, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Dexter: Original Sin, Tulsa King, 1923 and The Agency. On a personal note, having been the first in my family to go to college, I am a big believer in the power of storytelling to inspire. Among many other social initiatives, I am proud that we spearheaded the first-ever Annual Mental Health Action Day alongside 1,300+ business and organizations to help address the rising Mental Health crisis.
