About

Currently working as the Lead Commentator for F1 on the FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3 & Porsche Supercup Championships. I am also the 'English Voice' of the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 2022 and the Series Commentator for the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine. In 2024 I was part of Eurosport's Commentary team for the Paris 2024 Games. My journey with commentary began after I suffered an epileptic seizure whilst at a race track in 2012 which brought an immediate end to my dreams of becoming a racing driver, but started a new journey and dream to become a Formula One Commentator. My newly found passion for TV and Film at the time led me to take advantage of having free access to TV Cameras and Edit Suites at Stanmore College to go and film the Whilton Mill Kart Club championship I once raced in and setup WMKCTV. I soon found myself commentating over these races to improve the quality of the videos and it was at that point my passion for commentary began. My journey with live commentary started on British Karting in 2014, before graduating to Esports in 2018 and Single Seaters in 2019 and it was from that point my push to make it to the F1 Support Series categories really began. Although my struggles with epilepsy still exist today they are what led me to what I now call a dream job. I am very grateful to say I have commentated on everything from F1, F2, F3, FRECA, F4, Porsche Supercup, 24 Hours of Le Mans and World Karting all in 2023! Next year I will reach my 10th season in this role and I am very excited to see where it takes me. I also have a passion for Winter Sports and Football and I hope to use my experience to work in these areas in the coming years.

I am currently the 'English Voice of the 24 Hours of Le Mans' providing live trackside commentary for the ACO to 300,000+ fans trackside at Le Mans for the World's greatest race! This includes providing live updates in English on all the sessions, including supports series, from Wednesday onwards. I work alongside Bruno Vandestick and the rest of the French speaking commentary team who have been a fantastic team to work with since joining last year. It is a role I started in 2022 taking over from David Waldron who had commentated the event from 1988 previously taking over from Bob Constanduros who first created the role. Following in their footsteps and having the privilege to commentate on the event for the organisers is a real highlight of my season and something I consider a huge privilege! Commentating the centenary to a record crowd in 2022 is something I'll never forget! I am pleased to confirm I will be returning to commentate on the event in 2025!

I have had the pleasure of commentating for Sky Sports F1 on a few occasions since 2021 on IndyCar, F1 Kids and I also helped voice a Red Bull Juniors Feature filmed at Whilton Mill Kart Circuit. I was the Host & Commentator for the Singapore Grand Prix for the F1 Kids Broadcast which was available on the red button live on Sky Sports F1. Overall I have commentated on 3 IndyCar races including the 2021 Detroit Grand Prix & Bommarito 500 Oval Race along with the Gallagher Grand Prix in 2022. The Red Bull Juniors Karting Feature was filmed in 2021 and featured the drivers racing around Whilton Mill. I commentated the race which was later played in full several times on Sky Sports F1 often on build up to race weekends.

My first experience of working for Discovery came in May 2019 when I was asked to be on the commentary team for a very eventful and memorable 6 Hours of Spa race in FIA WEC. A huge honour to be called up to do such a prestigious championship straight away and it would lead on to many more trips into the studio. Since then I have commentated live on Eurosport on the FIA WTCR, FIM EWC, FIM World SuperSport Championship and Bol'Dor at Le Mans. In 2024 I was part of Eurosport's Commentary team to cover the Paris 2024 Games covering 3x3 Basketball and Skateboarding over 8 days.

Ever since I have worked very closely with the organisers in developing and improving the broadcast side of the championship which included introducing 'Paddock Live' which is filmed live on Instagram the Friday of each event and also then led me to work closely with MP Motorsport and Dilano van't Hoff's family after his passing to produce and voice a tribute video to be played at his funeral. I consider myself lucky to be a part of the team and the 2025 season will once again be a very exciting one! 2025 Calendar: Round 1 - Misano - 3rd/4th May (Italian GT) Round 2 - Spa - 17th/18th May (GT Open) Round 3 - Zandvoort - 7th/8th June (DTM) Round 4 - Hungaroring - 5th/6th July (GT Open) Round 5 - Paul Ricard - 19th/20th July (GT Open) Round 6 - Imola - 2nd/3rd August (Italian GT) Round 7 - Red Bull Ring - 6th/7th September (GT Open) Round 8 - Barcelona - 20th/21st September (GT Open) Round 9 - Hockenheim - 4th/5th October (DTM) Round 10 - Monza - 25th/26th October (Italian GT) All events will be live streamed for qualifying and races including the Paddock Live show on Friday.
