Most companies at your stage don't need a full-time CFO. They need someone who can build the financial infrastructure, support a raise, and give executives the visibility they need to make good decisions — without the overhead of a full-time hire. I work with growing companies that are starting to think seriously about their next round, their reporting, or their overall financial operations. My background spans M&A advisory at PwC, five years running strategic finance and deals at a large technology company, and active fractional CFO work across multiple growth-stage businesses. What that means practically: I can step in and handle the day-to-day finance and accounting function, but I also bring deal experience — debt raises, equity rounds, buy-side and sell-side transactions — that most fractional CFOs don't have. If you're thinking about a raise in the next 12 to 18 months, that's where having the right person in the seat early makes a real difference. If you're a founder or CEO who's been running lean on the finance side and knows it's time to get more structured, feel free to grab time on my calendar.
