Along the way the business has grown into a small group of companies. - Voyage Collection looks after short-term rentals and hospitality management, helping property owners get far more out of what they already own. - Ready Furniture kits out landlords, developers, and hospitality operators so their spaces are guest-ready from day one. None of it happens without good people around the table. Private investors back our deals and share in the upside and that relationship matters a lot to how we operate. We're also planning our expansion into the US market over the next couple of years, which is something I'm genuinely excited about. Since launching in 2019, Borland Property have become a local market leader in the acquisition of on and off market property investment in Glasgow. We have sourced in excess of £50m of residential and commercial property for investors from Hong Kong to London.
Working part time, but hands on, I am delighted to be working along side Alistair Macneill and the rest of the team at Cohesion Digital, helping to develop and grow the company in new and exciting directions. Cohesion Digital are one of the few Magento certified development companies in Scotland and the UK, working alongside clients such as Hitatchi. We are looking to grow the company within the SME industry and focusing purely on e-Commerce based businesses.
Building Trick Creative from my bedroom at my parents house into one of Scotland's fastest growing online design and marketing agencies. We provided Web Design, Web Development and Online Marketing services. We secured contracts with a variety of clients, ranging from small to large companies predominantly based in Scotland. These clients included City Holdings, NHS, Sher Brothers, The Paint Shed as well as around 60 other local SME's I successfully sold the company to another Glasgow based online marketing company.
