I’m a Product Operations Manager at Rippling, focused on carrier integrations and the benefits technology infrastructure that powers seamless enrollment experiences for employers and their people. My career has been built at the intersection of EDI operations, carrier connectivity, and product strategy. Starting in EDI operations gave me a ground-level understanding of how benefits data actually moves, where it breaks, and what it takes to build systems that hold up at scale. That foundation carried me through HCM team leadership and into product management, where I’ve spent years turning operational complexity into streamlined, scalable solutions. At Rippling, I’m focused on owning end-to-end carrier integration delivery, bridging the gap between benefits technology platforms, carriers, and the engineering teams building the next generation of connectivity. It’s the kind of work that sits at the crossroads of technical depth and business impact, and it’s where I do my best work. Always open to connecting with fellow product and operations leaders, benefits technology professionals, and anyone working on the hard problems in HCM and carrier connectivity.
Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap as Product Champion for key HCM solutions at Paycom, including: • Benefits to Carrier integrations: Drive seamless connectivity with external carriers to simplify enrollment, data exchange, and compliance for clients. • Document Management: Oversee features that streamline storage, retrieval, e-signatures, and workflow automation to reduce administrative time and errors. • I-9/Employment Verification products: Ensure robust, audit-ready tools that support compliant hiring processes and evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., Form I-9, E-Verify integrations). Key responsibilities and impact: • Define product vision, prioritize features, and align roadmaps with client needs, market trends, regulatory changes, and Paycom’s single-database HCM platform. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, sales, client success, and industry partners to deliver scalable, user-focused enhancements. • Analyze user feedback, usage data, and business metrics to inform decisions and measure success (e.g., adoption rates, processing efficiency, compliance improvements). • Champion innovation in regulated HR/payroll spaces, turning complex requirements into intuitive experiences that empower HR teams and drive client retention/growth. • Transitioned from Associate Product Manager role (ended February 2026) to take on broader strategic ownership and leadership in these critical product areas. Excited to continue advancing Paycom’s mission through compliant, efficient HCM innovations.
