He has worked for or represented some major brands, organisations, events and individuals, including Puma, Timberland, Timex, Brasher, Berghaus, One North East, Business and Enterprise North East, North Star Housing Group, Parsons Containers Group of Companies, Keswick Mountain Festival, Kielder Marathon, Sunderland City Half Marathon & 10k, Outdoor Industries Association, European Outdoor Group, The It's Great Out There Coalition, Durham City Run, Worcester City Run, Steve Cram and COCO (Comrades of Children Overseas). Right Lines specialises in the full range of PR activity, from traditional media relations, through to copywriting, crisis management, event management and social media campaigning. Chris has an excellent reputation in the outdoor and sports sectors and the agency is currently handling work for Berghaus, Brasher, European Outdoor Group, Keswick Mountain Festival, COCO and Steve Cram. Chris has also developed an expertise in assisting organisations with their social media activities, providing bespoke advice and practical support. He has hosted several social media workshops for individuals and large groups, and can help individuals and companies to establish and grow their networks through platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, and then successfully integrate activity into wider marketing plans. As well as generating PR coverage through sports and outdoor media, Right Lines can also deliver mainstream editorial content for clients, and has developed strong and effective contacts across national newspaper, magazine and broadcast platforms.
I headed up the PR team at Press Ahead, overseeing a team that looked after clients operating in numerous sectors, handling work in North East England and throughout the UK. Sectors that we operated in include the outdoors, sport, education, business to business, tourism and regional promotion.
