Business Partner to the ANZ Leadership and Executive Teams. Key Responsibilities include - Lead the overall ANZ financial planning process including the rolling forecast, annual plan and strategic plan. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT and Finance colleagues to own the risk and opportunity identification process and drive actions to address. - Track KPIs and deliver performance insights to enable P&L, cashflow and working capital management - Lead the month end process, including reporting, balance sheet and in-depth understanding of performance drivers. - Own the reporting structure, governance and control processes to provide the business with self-service tools to facilitate understanding efficiently with one source of the truth. - Key Commercial Finance lead with auditors for all P&L and many balance sheet items. - Board reporting and other key financial presentation productions for executives to provide performance clarity
Initially lead Commercial Finance support to Woolworths and Coles Sales teams, encompassing all forecasting, performance analysis, promotional and pricing review proposals and ROI. Subsequently had role broadened to lead all Commercial Finance support to Australian Sales for all Arnotts products, including all Grocery/Retail customers, Away from Home, Discounters and Convenience.

Member of Departmental Executive Team. - Financially managed all aspects of the P&L for 30 sales business units, covering Australian Retail & On Premise, NZ, Pacific Islands, >15 Asian countries including China, USA, Canada, Duty Free, Online and 3 cellar doors with associated wine clubs. - Lead Commercial Finance support to the Bottling and Packaging facility for the company and the domestic and export logistics team, both based in Mildura. - Responsible for the accurate completion and maximisation of: - Budgets and forecasts - Month End completion including reconciliations - Reporting, analysis and insights - Pricing review and maintenance - Decision Support, ROI and capex review for all new products and customers - Cost efficiency for both indirects and manufacturing/packaging - Financial control and governance including auditor liaison - Reporting and Forecasting Systems implementation (Hubble) - Leading 3 Commercial Finance Managers/Senior Analysts
