Inventor and technical specialist with a patent portfolio spanning multiphase formulations, rheology and dispersion engineering, sulphonation chemistry, and falling-film reactor design and operations. My work integrates process design, physical chemistry, and automation, enabling more robust scale-up, reliable manufacturability, and improved chemical conversion efficiency. I have deep experience with lights-out operation, PAT, inline/at-line measurement integration, and data-driven troubleshooting, allowing complex unit operations—such as sulphonation and structured liquid production—to run with higher autonomy, lower defect rates, and reduced manual intervention. My analytical approach emphasizes mechanism identification, structured root-cause analysis, and experimental design (DoE) to uncover failure modes, expand process windows, and reconcile conflicting performance constraints. Across multiple international patents, I’ve demonstrated the ability to convert non-obvious scientific insights into defensible IP and commercially deployable solutions, resolving stability, conversion, compatibility, and rheology limitations that traditionally inhibit innovation in formulated and process-intensive chemical systems. As a consultant, I support organizations that need to unlock stalled R&D programs, accelerate lab-to-plant transitions, or debug operations where chemistry, physics, and process must align for reliable output.
