I’m a Partner at McKinsey & Company. I am the Managing Partner of our Melbourne office, and co-lead McKinsey Transformation (MT) & our People and Organisational Performance (POP) practices in Australia/ New Zealand. I advise and serve clients across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, financial services and energy, supporting them to deliver a rapid step-change in performance. I’m particularly passionate about modernising organisations’ operating models to allow them to move faster, deliver better customer experience and make the most of technology. My areas of expertise include: organisational change, culture, customer experience and strategy. Before I joined McKinsey, I was an engineer, leading structural design teams for large commercial building projects. South-African born Kiwi living in Australia. Problem solver. Father.
