I have been part of expert teams providing advice on entitlements to extensions of time and analysis of delay, acceleration and losses of productivity on construction and manufacturing projects worldwide. Professional Experience: I am an experienced construction management professional working on complex projects upto £9bn in value. I have a master’s degree in civil engineering after which his career commenced as a site engineer with a major contractor. I then progressed into project engineering, project management, planning and project controls before joining a consultancy in planning and delay analysis in 2008. My project experience includes large mixed use city centre developments, light rail systems, complex supermarket refurbishments and large infrastructure projects including the London 2012 Olympic Games. My experience as an expert witness and the analysis of delay and disruption has involved multiple sectors, including motorways, oil and gas, power generation, power distribution, nuclear and desalination industries. In addition I have worked on multiple train manufacturing disputes and a large residential investment.
