My purpose was to provide Business Intelligence expertise to help build solutions to overcome the workflow challenges incurred with the implementation of Phoenix pay system. In similar fashion to all of my engagements, not only was I required to provide technical expertise, but I was also tasked with educating the clients in best practices. By the end of my tenure, we had taken a work-flow that was under water, piling up tickets faster than could be squashed, and reduced the error count to less than prior to implementation of Phoenix. As a trusted advisor to the management, my instinct for analytics, and my insistence on best practices, we were able to efficiently acheive our goals.

I created a web application to calculate the capital investment, potential output, and predictive RoI for sales support. We started with nothing, I even procured the hardware. We outfitted the server with a Linux disto, added Docker, and then ran routing inside docker with an NGINX proxy. I started, and maintained the CI/CD repository. The application, itself, was written in Python with Flask web framework. As commissioned work for a small company, I had plenty of latitude, and no direction, besides a working excel sheet to represent the necessary calcultions.
