Established and developed a building services engineering contracting company, whilst simultaneously attending colleges and university; undertaking study towards my bachelor’s degree in engineering. Responsibilities involved the technical and business management of direct and subcontracted employees in the delivery of contracted maintenance, Design and Build projects incorporating the supply of mechanical and electrical building services systems which encompassed: heating, water systems and associated distribution ancillaries, complex mechanical air conditioning and ventilation systems incorporating: chilled water, direct expansion cooling systems and chilled beams. Building Management System (BMS) controls design and programming inclusive of control panel building work. HVAC commissioning and test-work.
Duties included the installation of gas services & occupational training of apprentices.
Working on installation and maintenance of domestic gas equipment for public service department of British Gas, responsibilities also included attendance of gas escapes and emergency incidents.
