Oversee day-to-day company operations. Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes. Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions. Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations. Coordinate support to operations throughout the business. Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations management team. Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.

Primary Responsibility: Establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the Communications Services Department; manage Telephony and Data Systems Technicians along with assigned long-term Project Teams for various Tele-Optics customers. Secondary Responsibilities: Analyze the IT needs of different internal departments of Tele-Optics and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems or procedures. Work with the Director of Sales to identify and evaluate new and future product offerings in the Telephony and Data fields to be offered by Tele-Optics. Manage and supervise the RFP responses and submittals for all Tele-Optics disciplines.
