      As the Operational Lead at Zenith Global my role is provide media operational best practice consultancy to our clients and our internal teams. Providing our new clients and advising our internal media specialist teams to create, develop and implement the most optimum ways of working for media and finance operating models in order for our agency to be able to plan, activate and report media across traditional and digital media channels. Specifically looking at the process and tools and tech across the processes and supporting our teams ensuring they are setting up the operation inline with best practice. Building out ways of working and media template frameworks between our clients and our agency for operating models clients have bought into. My role is to educate all stakeholders so they are clear on these ways of working documents to allow successful working environments and provide clients with the agreed delivered media services. My role is also looking at how we maintain and develop new best practice standards within our media operations across traditional and digital media channels so we are more efficient as a business. Specialising in Media operations I have experience in leading the transitioning and onboarding of over 10 new global clients from pitch wins until fully operational. With a strong background in setting up Zenith's' first Digital Media Hub model for Reckitt Benckiser in 2018 to 5 years later building on with another 9 clients with some of the most well known companies including, Disney, TikTok, LVMH, Coty and Swarovski to name a few.

      My role as Global Digital Operations Manager included working within a client account for Zenith's first Global Digital Hub operation for the global client Reckitt Benckiser. The Reckitt Benckiser account consisted of a Global structure with regional digital media hubs including APAC, EUROPE, LATAM and NA which serviced media buying for Social, Programmatic and Search for over 40 markets. Feeding into the Global Digital Operation lead part of my role was being responsible for overseeing all 4 hub operations were set up in line with Global operation best practice standards. Leading and coordinating with Global team leads and in region hub leads to ensure the operations were setup on time. Working with media and finance specialist teams to develop first standardised operational ways of working playbooks for the media hub model. Part of my role was to oversee the tools and tech across the brief to activation process developing onboarding training programmes for all stakeholders and governing our teams to maintain adoption.
