o Internal & External contact & SME (Internal BU consumers & Suppliers) for contracts, escalations (operational and QoS) and innovation. o Develops & drives acquisition/cost model and delivery changes from concept to execution – familiar with a wide range of supplier licensing models o Builds scalable acquisition and support solutions for the respective BU stakeholders and suppliers for annual spend > $250M. Networking, Security, IPv4, CDN, Cloud Product, DC Engineering, Software & Service Providers. o Partner closely with Technical & Project Managers to deploy the acquired solutions o Manages regular SLT and QBR meetings with corresponding entry and exit action items o Directs RFI/RFP/RFQ process utilizing best practices in order to maximize terms and price benefits to Rackspace
