Attained over two years of experience in Local Taxation, specialising in the City office market however also responsible for a wide range of unusual property classes including headquarter complexes, leisure properties, pharmaceutical plants and police stations, as well as standard office, retail and industrial/warehousing properties and state of the art distribution centres. Also achieved extensive experience in representing clients at Valuation Tribunal. Within the Statutory Valuations team, I also gained an understanding of the process of Compulsory Purchase Orders, acting primarily on behalf of the acquiring authority for town regeneration schemes. However I have also had experience in dealing with claimants.
Assisted in the preparation of investment reports and establishing potential new investors for prime residential developments in West London. Also supported the in-house project managers through meeting contractors on site and assisting with the production of marketing materials.
Assisted in landlord strategies and the subsequent production of marketing particulars for retail and leisure accommodation in Victoria, Tower Hill and Wembley. I also provided research services, analysing the retail markets in Glasgow and the Isle of Man and assisted the investment team in constructing investment appraisals.
Supported the development team in undertaking development and investment appraisals for potential redevelopment sites in the Midlands.
