In 2022 I chose a career change from operations and embarked on a career in H&S where I was appointed site HSE manager. Professional qualifications include: Green belt certification in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, NEBOSH General certificate in occupational health and safety, and currently undertaking the NEBOSH Diploma in occupational health & safety. I have a passion for making a significant difference to safety by implementing new process, taking ownership, & delivery of culture change programs at all levels.
