• Merchant Campaign Outreach: Proactively pitch campaigns through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and targeted communication to promote participation in platform-wide or seasonal campaigns. Responsible for identifying and engaging potential merchants from a pre-filtered pool to drive campaign adoption and boost platform activity. • Merchant Engagement & Growth Activation: Manage a portfolio of long-tail (unmanaged or low-performing) merchants by providing tailored guidance on platform features, tools, and promotional opportunities to improve visibility and order performance. Educate merchants on best practices such as campaign participation, voucher setup, and menu optimization. • Performance Monitoring & Merchant Health Management: Analyze and track merchant performance metrics (e.g., Order Rate, ADO—Average Daily Orders) to identify zero or low-performing accounts. Deploy targeted interventions to address performance gaps, enhance merchant competitiveness, and drive overall sales growth. • Strategic Problem Solving & Merchant Development: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants to troubleshoot operational issues, optimize store setup, and leverage platform-driven marketing tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional initiatives for the long-tail segment.
