• Troubleshooting and support of end users with their corresponding SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, WM, IM, PM and QM). • Support Flexnet – Local MES system interfaced to SAP. • Monitor inbound and outbound IDOCS between MES and SAP as well as company’s internal master data system GPMS. Analyze and resolve any issues. • Work closely with operations and commercial teams to understand required system functionality, pain points and request application improvements. • Root cause analysis for data integrity issues across multiple systems. • Work with global IT teams to represent regional system enhancement requests. • Gather and facilitate business process discussions and solution design. • Develop and maintain system testing procedures and processes. • Test new releases into production for SAP, MES and GPMS systems where required.

• Provides level II business team support for questions and problem analysis in production. • Prepares and documents root cause analysis results. • Assist with system configuration to adjust processes as well as develop and execute test scripts. • Work and collaborate with internal customers, corporate & regional support teams and external consultants to develop process requirements. • Coordinate uploading of material master specs in projects by coordinating with other modules in conjunction with new businesses gained through corporate acquisitions. • Coordinate changes with regional and global competency centers. • Developed training materials for business teams specifically for MM/IM areas.
• Analyze volume requirements based on historical data via SAP, change in unit supply or lab production volume, trends and inventory goals which have been set by department management to support materials in 13 different distribution centers in the U.S. • Reorder inventory on a national and warehouse level based on inventory targets, system reorder parameters, and distribution planning techniques to ensure order fill to clients at 99.8%. • Seek and evaluate sources of supply for new products/services, alternate sources for existing products. Present new suppliers for approval. • Wrote/executed test scripts in test environments in regards to process improvements such as updated annual pricing, enhanced reporting tools as well as improved data integration. • Developed improved reporting tools in SAP for “No Charge Reports” working with corporate teams to test and implement in production. • Worked with finance to update annual pricing increased for all materials to prevent any standard cost variances for the following year. Executed pricing in test environment to confirm before bringing data into production. • In a little over 1 year, I have already identified and initiated cost savings in excess of over $300,000 with multiple materials working with various suppliers with improved and/or cheaper efficient products. In addition I also accomplished this by utilizing suppliers closer to specific distribution centers to reduce freight cost.
