Managing day to day activities of an extensive borefield nearly 40kms long over 75 bores pumping in excess of 40,000m3/ day of brine to supply a series of crystallisers . Supervising a team of technicians and contractors coordinating across different departments for preventative and reactive maintenance , submersible pump and motor replacement , generator , pipeline maintenance , replacement and upgrades . Managing the execution of a borefield expansion and expansion programs taking utilisation from 50% to over 90%

In this role I coordinated remedial and maintenance work for properties in remote Western Australian indigenous communities. In this role I worked FIFO at Nifty Copper Mine assisting with the preparation of worker accommodation in readiness for the mine re-starting. I was responsible for coordination of a range of trades, programming and planning of works, material costing and procurement, project costing and budgeting, project reporting and stakeholder engagement. This was an $11 million program of works and required the direct supervision of 15 team members. I was directly responsible for moving the program from a productivity and budget utilisation score of 2.2% to 26% five months later.
