At APS I am the Administrator for the district's Mobile Device Management system. I also support the Apple and Windows servers. I help with the districts annual Apple refresh which consists of 2,000-3,000 Apple computers and 2,000-3,000 iPads each year. I setup and managed the AppleID's created for each school to use. I also manage Apple's Volume Purchase Program and Device Enrollment Program for APS.
At T-Mobile I worked on the helpdesk answering incoming technical support calls from customers. This involved walking them through how to use their phones (add contacts, change sounds settings, etc.) as well as troubleshooting issues such as problems with call quality and handset problems.
At ClientLogic I took incoming technical support calls from PeoplePC and EarthLink customers. This included walking them through the setup of the ISP software as we as troubleshooting issues such as network latency and connection issues.
