• Manage the Professional Development Training Centre • Manage talent development consulting for internal clients • Consult on performance improvement interventions to internal and external client • Design, Develop and Manage the implementation of Management Development Programs • Facilitate learning and performance improvement interventions for internal and external clients • Provide coaching sessions for managers to assist with transfer of learning to the workplace. • Participate in Assessment Centre’s for ALDP and LDP candidates as an assessor.
