By controlling programmer time, I was able to provide additional programming for my clients, including work not in their original specifications. Statewide, multilingual technology program for the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Implemented and managed statewide technology initiative for ISBE. Expanded program from 28 schools to 183 schools in the 2001-2003 school years. Maintained close direct relationships with Technology Directors, Principals and District Administrators of participating schools. Developed and delivered technology courses relating to the Initiative. Implemented an installation and support network for participating schools on- and off-site.
