I have over 25 years of experience in various industries for both B2B and B2C channels and currently lead the customer experience and brand team at Renaissance, a leading insurance carrier of dental, vision, life and disability insurance solutions. My role is to develop and execute an integrated strategy and plan for all marketing, communications, customer experience, branding and public relations in support of Renaissance's corporate strategy, business plan and priorities. Some of the key areas of responsibility for my team include: • Communications: creating and delivering engaging and consistent messages across all internal and external channels, including email, newsletters, social media, etc. • Public/media relations: building and maintaining positive relationships with key media outlets, influencers, industry associations, and community partners, as well as developing and executing proactive and reactive media strategies. • Customer service and experience: ensuring that Renaissance delivers exceptional service and value to its customers, agents, and brokers, as well as measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Web/digital content: overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of Renaissance's website and other digital assets, such as landing pages, online tools, videos, etc. • Corporate program marketing: overseeing the development of marketing campaigns and materials for Renaissance's corporate programs, such as wellness, diversity and inclusion, social responsibility, etc. • Product marketing: creating and launching marketing campaigns and materials for Renaissance's products and services, such as dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans, as well as supporting sales and retention efforts. My goal is to develop a long-term customer relationship and branding strategies that will contribute to strengthening Renaissance's overall brand awareness and reputation, as well as driving growth and profitability.
