About

I’m a commercial leader who builds things that last - revenue, relationships, and resilience. Over the past 15 years, I’ve operated at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and strategy - leading high-performing teams, delivering complex change, and driving sustainable growth across both public and private sectors. Whether negotiating £11M+ blue-chip agreements with BP, Shell and TotalEnergies, scaling a healthcare group to a £100M revenue run-rate, or designing national prevention strategies for the UK’s largest search and rescue charity, I’ve worked with organisations where the stakes are high, the mission matters, and delivery is everything. I’ve led PE and VC-backed commercial functions, overseen integration post-acquisition, and delivered growth in challenging markets. I’ve worked with public and private sector customers, but also built investor-facing narratives, secured innovation funding, and helped fast-moving scale-ups go further, faster. My leadership style blends rigour with humanity: evidence-based decision-making, a values-led approach, and a deep commitment to clarity, trust, and execution. Outside of work, I’m a coach and a (decidedly average) endurance athlete - competing in Ironman and ultra-distance events and constantly learning about resilience, mindset, and performance from both sides of the stopwatch.

    Appointed CEO to lead Medcareworld’s next chapter - scaling our consultant-led NHS insourcing services, deepening Trust partnerships, and building durable capacity in the specialties where the NHS needs it most. Founded in 2015 by Dr Prem Premchand, we’ve supported 25+ Trusts and treated close to half a million patients. Now we’re growing - into more specialties, more Trusts, and a broader role in helping the NHS recover and reshape elective care.

    Harbour Group started in the gap between my last CCO role and stepping in as CEO of MedcareWorld. I kept seeing the same problem: enterprise AI tools too generic for real commercial work, technical consultants who couldn’t ship anything practical, and BD teams quietly using AI with no governance and nothing to show for it. So Tom and I built what I’d want as an incoming CEO — practical AI tools and workflows that give business development real leverage. It’s now helping teams across healthcare, finance and education, with more to come.
