I was responsible for the account management and all aspects of supply for Centrica (British Gas), Network Rail and Trucksmith. My focus was to improve brand loyalty, retain and increase sales by continually exceeding expectations and negotiating terms with all key partners/converters for each customer. Centrica is one of Vauxhall’s largest electric van customers, so I have an in-depth working knowledge in the customers’ adoption of an electric van fleet including capacities of conversion, EV operational and in-service considerations. My role extended to utilise my LCV and EV knowledge and background with all our corporate customers on tender completion, sales presenting including fleet and cost saving initiatives to ensure Vauxhall maintains a long-term relationship and our deal evolves in line with the customers’ business.
