Chris is a technology investor and partner at Francisco Partners, a leading technology-focused private equity firm with ~$14 billion in capital commitments since the firm’s inception. At Francisco Partners, Chris spends his time evaluating investments and working with portfolio companies. He co-heads the firm's healthcare technology investment efforts with a particular interest in pharmacy and payor related software, information-enabled, and technology-enabled services businesses. FP considers acquisitions of private companies, divisional carve-outs, "take privates" of public companies, and growth equity / strategic minority investments in technology companies typically between $20 million and $2 billion in enterprise value. Chris currently serves on the board of directors of Availity, Capsule, GoodRx, Quantros, RedSail, and Trellis Rx. He formerly served on the board of directors of Aesynt (acquired by Omnicell), CoverMyMeds (acquired by McKesson), Landmark Health (recapitalized with a financial sponsor), NexTraq (acquired by Fleetcor), QuadraMed (acquired by Nuance and Constellation Software), TRC Healthcare (acquired by a financial sponsor), and was also involved with FP’s investments in Mincom (acquired by ABB), and Hypercom (acquired by Verifone). Prior to joining FP, Chris worked at American Securities Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed private equity transactions. Previously, Chris worked as a strategy consultant in the Atlanta, Sao Paulo, and Sydney offices of Bain & Company.
