Value Stream Leader for Program Work Environment Integrated Product Team (PWE IPT) that provides strategic oversight, project delivery, and lifecycle management for classified environments and capabilities. Ensured service delivery, security compliance, and sustainment for all DT supported environments, services, and capabilities. PATRIOT IT Scope and area of responsibility included: • Environment Management: (18) Labs spanning (7) CONUS sites, ~1100 users, ~800 systems • Resource Management: Oversight and management of 25 (matrixed) IT technical resources • Budget Management: Labor: Approx. 50,000hrs - Capital/Expense ~$7M
Provided IT leadership and support for IDS programs and IRADs by ensuring rapid standup and seamless sustainment of program work environments to enable flawless program execution. Strategic Planning – Served on the strategic planning council (SPC) responsible for the development of the SAS 5-year IT year strategy. Developed meeting agendas, coordinated SME presentations, and synthesized data captured from monthly SPC meetings. Developed new SAS IT vision and mission statements. Completed final draft of 2015 SAS IT 5-year strategy and developed 10-year IT strategic roadmap. Customer Focus – Served on a team chartered to emphasize a customer-focused culture amongst SAS IT employees. Contributed in the development of the learning campaign and produced supporting content such as videos, vignettes, blogs, developed distribution strategy for content release. RMF JSIG Compliance – Led a cross functional team (spanning 5 organizations) to identify high level solutions for IT-related security controls specified under the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF). Identified the scope of the effort, key project milestones, and executed the project in accordance with pre-existing customer commitments and overarching DOD compliance deadlines. Competitive Intelligence - Identified potential opportunities within SAS Business Development (BD) to leverage data analytics capabilities and solve business challenges specific to competitive intelligence (CI). Partnered with BD organizations from each business unit to find common pain points, understand CI practices, and uncover underlying synergies in how each BU performs CI. Applied a project framework to this assignment to solidify scope, potential deliverables, and timeline.
Led successful execution of projects from various stages within the project lifecycle. Projects included HW infrastructure refreshes, end-of-life upgrades, and risk assessments. Serve as corporate representative for enterprise initiatives. Provided on-site technical services for 6 RII Offices in Asia and Europe and ensured internal IT audit compliance. Customer Service: Identify breakdowns in delivery of IT services and take corrective actions to address those breakdowns. Enhance end user experience by finding efficiencies within IT processes and through concise communication.
