Head of Global People Operations | Building at the intersection of AI, product, and scale

About

I build People Operations at the intersection of AI, product, and scale. Over the past decade, I’ve helped grow a global company from early-stage to operating across 35+ countries, supporting 1,000+ employees and designing systems that enable teams to move faster and operate more effectively. Most HR functions are service layers. I build them as operating systems. My work sits at a unique crossroads: - Partnering closely with Product, GTM, and IT to translate business strategy into people systems - Using automation and AI to reimagine how HR operates, reducing manual work and enabling teams to focus on higher-value decisions - Designing end-to-end employee journeys that feel seamless, human, and scalable I started my career in academia, studying migration, youth aspirations, and how environments shape human behavior. That foundation still informs how I think today: What looks like a people problem is usually a systems problem. This systems lens shapes how I approach scaling global operations across regions and regulatory environments, building cross-functional partnerships, and embedding technology into HR in ways that drive adoption. Most recently, I relocated to the U.S. to operate closer to product velocity and market complexity. I’m particularly interested in how we design for both human judgment and human touch in increasingly automated systems. Outside of work, I mentor young people and stay connected to questions around education, healthcare, and ageing. Ultimately, everything we build at work should make life better beyond it.
