I earned my trainer role is early 2020 through dedication in my job and commitment to my role. I have visited many outlets to improve the overall outlet performance by engaging with outlet staff and listen to them. I believed in slowly but surely, and practice delegating and coaching in my leadership. I’m actively conducting career talk to instill insights and inspirations to young graduates whom will soon join the workforce. I believe the young pharmacy graduates are very important contributors for a better future of the country’s health care system.
I started my first community pharmacy job in Taman Maluri Cheras outlet. There were very few customers who visit this outlet. Hence, I restructured the outlet by hiring new staff, restocks the shelves, improve the merchandises and customer experience. I attend to every customer who walk in and provide exceptional services to all customers and lead the team towards my goal – to build a community pharmacy who we will all be proud of. Shortly, this outlet has become one of the most popular pharmacy in the area. In year 2018, I transferred to many more new outlets such as Health Lane Family Pharmacy Mid Valley KL, Kajang Prima, Jalan Besar Semenyih, Bukit Jalil, Taman Sri Manja and many more for difference experiences and exposures.
Year 2013-2016 (PRP & FRP – National Heart Institute, IJN, KL/ Locum- Multicare Pharmacy, Pandan Jaya) I joined the National Heart Institute, IJN as a PRP and one year later converted to FRP. During my PRP & FRP with IJN, I also work in Multicare Pharmacy in Pandan Jaya to increase my exposure to the community settings. I worked approximate 400 locum hours in two years.
