As Deputy Director at School of Biological Sciences (NTU), I provide strategic oversight of research laboratories and specialised facilities, school business operations, and operational governance. My role includes supporting research facility management, resource planning, infrastructure optimisation, compliance, data management, performance monitoring, business continuity planning, and cross-functional coordination with school leadership, HR, finance, and other stakeholders. My background spans scientific research, R&D strategy, and management, with prior research experience in molecular biology, protein science, structural biology, and drug discovery. Over the course of my research career, I have worked across areas including small-molecule discovery, molecular glues, PROTAC-based approaches, protein production, biophysical characterization, and structural analysis.
