As an Operations Associate at Keystone Sports, I help student-athletes navigate their U.S. recruitment journey and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. I am a recent Master’s graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Houston Christian University, where I combined academic excellence with hands-on experience in elite sport. As an international student-athlete and 3-year captain at HCU, I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, both on the pitch and within high-performance team environments. Competing in NCAA Division I soccer gave me insight into the challenges athletes face and the support systems required for them to thrive. With a foundation in operations, player development, and athlete advocacy, I am passionate about contributing to the global sports industry and empowering elite players, especially in the women’s game, to reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
- Guiding student-athletes through the administrative and operational stages of their recruitment journey. - Providing clients with accurate, timely, and high quality support from onboarding, through admissions, eligibility documentation, pre-arrival preparation and visa processes. - Working closely alongside Placement, Recruitment and other Operations colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Front of house providing exceptional service, positive and professional first impressions - Supporting the day-to-day running of the reception area - Handling enquiries and bookings over the phone, and in person - Assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the Club
- Supporting talented UK-based athletes on their journey to U.S. collegiate opportunities through personalised guidance, recruitment planning, and ongoing pastoral support. - Collaboration with coaches, schools, and families to ensure athletes are well-prepared for transition, focusing on academic progress, well-being, and long-term development. - My role also involves digital communications, social media outreach, and building relationships that empower athletes to reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
