About

I believe education must be designed around the child’s development, not driven by performance alone. With leadership experience in Singapore’s primary system and international Montessori practice, my work focuses on cultivating executive function, independence and emotional strength as the true foundations of long-term success. When we align developmental science with classroom realities, children do not merely cope with school. They grow into capable, confident thinkers.
