About

I am a highly reliable and dedicated third year student studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science with a Masters of Clinical Physiology at Flinders University. I am passionate about using evidence-based exercise to improve health, performance, and overall quality of life across active populations. Through my studies, I have developed a solid foundation in exercise prescription, delivery and assessment. I have extensive experience interpreting physiological and performance data, understanding movement mechanics, and applying scientific principles to training and recovery strategies. These skills allow me to approach sport and exercise through an evidence based perspective. I am known for my excellent communication and critical thinking, always being eager to learn more about the ways sports science can be used to support all types of athletes.
