• Lead the marketing governance team in day to day operations working with marketers to ensure accurate PnL reporting, phasing and accruals while adhering to global policies, approvals and controls • Involved in vendor selection to replace the existing marketing spend management tool, using elaborate vendor evaluations and engagements • Enabling systemic budgetary controls and introducing purchase orders to the marketing organization • Improving engagement with the Media agency to review media accruals, actualization of historic months and realization of media credits • Responsible for monthly BTG forecasts, monthly PnL landing, compliance reporting and spending controls • Partnering with marketers to guide them on program execution while adhering to company policies and controls • Communicating variances vs prior forecasts and highlighting drivers of variances to senior management
