Heading the production team of 50+ members including Deputy Manager, Asst. Manager, Senior Executives, Executives, operators and officers. Complete the Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for plant start up. Co-ordinate with engineering and other service department lead for smooth co-ordination of the plant. Monitoring day to day activities, trouble shooting of the plant. Ensure the legal compliance and get followed. Co-ordinating with SCM team for raw material supply and finished goods dispatch. Review the DPR and assist for any correction. Make monthly production report, MIS, efficiency report and present to management.
Working as Lead Operation.
Heading the production team of 130+ members including Asst. Manager, Executives, operators and officers. Directing following functions: ✓ Look out the activity of previous day and plan for current day. ✓ Co-ordinate with different departments like Q.C., Maintenance, Stores etc. for easy plant running. ✓ Production data entry in register as well as in computer & in ERP system. ✓ Prepare all the reports like daily production report, downtime and RM consumption report for the month. ✓ Get filled documents like batch process records and other documents related to production activities. Significant Highlights: ✓ Major contribution in plants during project work and DCS. ✓ Major contribution in commissioning of the plant. ✓ Successfully startup of the plant.
