Working as an AI Intern at ECO PLUG INDIA, contributing to the development of intelligent customer-facing solutions and real-world AI applications. During the internship, I have been involved in designing, building, testing, and improving software systems while gaining hands-on experience with backend development, AI integration, automation, databases, cloud-based services, and deployment workflows. Key areas of contribution: • Developing AI-powered customer support and automation solutions • Building and improving backend services and application workflows • Working with databases, authentication systems, and session management • Integrating external services and APIs into production-style applications • Participating in debugging, testing, and system optimization • Learning software deployment, containerization, and scalable application design • Contributing to features that improve customer experience and operational efficiency This internship has provided practical exposure to how AI systems, backend infrastructure, databases, and business requirements come together in real-world products.
