I deliver activities under the Strive Women project, coordinating intensive coaching process, leading communication and campaign initiatives, ensuring effective documentation and monitoring, and oversighting related financial and logistical tasks. My job involves working directly with women entrepreneurs, local non-financial partners, and other stakeholders to integrate women’s entrepreneurship and innovative approaches into practice, while providing technical and implementation support to program and project activities.
I provide support to the implementation of Strive Women, a four-year program led by CARE and supported by the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, strengthening the financial health of women-led small businesses in Vietnam, Pakistan, and Peru. My job involves coordinating project activities, including but not limited to trainings, workshops, survey research, communication campaign, documentation & monitoring, financial and logistic tasks.
Shoppa, now Poko, was a B2B2C e-commerce start-up aiming to digitally empowers female micro-entrepreneurs in Vietnam, and member of YCombinator W22 – among the first 5 in Vietnam and the fastest one chosen (10 months after rollout). I was in charge of user adoption, operations, and product marketing that drives data and impact for the exponential growth of Shoppa in Hanoi and Thai Nguyen.
For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is a non-profit foundation striving for the sustainable growth and development of Vietnamese children and youth. I created and managed contents for VSF's communication channels and supported in the implementation of offline events.
