New users kept abandoning an industrial auditing platform before completing their first audit plan. Nobody could say exactly where they got stuck — so I mapped it. I joined Quartile 5 as a part-time QA alongside my Master's — testing from the user's seat and logging 30+ usability defects and friction points. Later, through a university–industry partnership, I moved into product/BA work on the same platform: redesigning the end-to-end onboarding process into a guided task system. The other half was translation — turning ambiguous client needs into developer-ready requirements, managing the backlog in Jira (Agile), and introducing as-is/to-be process diagrams that made validation faster for both sides. Before analysis, I ran operations: I built a bilingual e-commerce brand end to end on Shopify, and designed a repeatable curation workflow for a gallery that had none — contracts, checklists, timelines, two years of programming. I learned process design by living inside broken processes. I've also worked hands-on with data quality — building spreadsheet comparisons that quantified OCR error rates across 11,000+ records for an engineering team. I'm comfortable where process meets data. Now, with my Master of Information Systems complete, I'm focused on Business / Process Analyst roles in transformation programs — process mapping, documentation standards, stakeholder workshops, change impact. If your team needs current-state processes captured and mapped properly — BPMN, as-is/to-be maps, clean handoffs — message me and I'll walk you through a redesign I've shipped.
Project-based role through a university–industry partnership, alongside my Master of Information Systems (UniMelb). • Re-engineered end-to-end onboarding for an enterprise industrial auditing platform — mapping current-state user journeys and designing a future-state guided task system that moved new users past documented friction points to their first completed audit plan. • Translated ambiguous stakeholder needs into developer-ready requirements — managing the backlog in Jira (Agile) and introducing current-state/future-state (as-is/to-be) process documentation that sped up validation and cut requirement rework.
• Surfaced and documented 30+ usability defects and process friction points through structured user-perspective testing, feeding the platform's continuous improvement backlog on Jira.
• Extended a Google Sheets error-rate report tracker — writing formulas that compared human-reviewed entries against OCR output across 11,000+ records, quantifying recognition error rates that the engineering team used to improve OCR accuracy. • Reviewed and validated 4,400+ OCR-processed applications against source documents in 3 months, protecting downstream data integrity.
• Documented current-state operations and designed future-state workflows for a gallery running with zero standardised processes — converting contracts, checklists, and timelines into a governed, repeatable system that enabled 2 years of exhibition programming. • Built end-to-end e-commerce operations for a bilingual brand on Shopify — process-mapping the full order-to-fulfilment flow from sale through packing and shipping. • Facilitated bilingual stakeholder engagement across artists, enterprise partners (TSUTAYA, Taipei 101), and international distributors — managing requirements and expectations from negotiation to delivery.
