      In this role, I provide interim co-leadership and operational support across the Barking, Dagenham, and Newham Community Network, working collaboratively with functional leads to support the effective delivery of community, youth, and event operations. I proactively support a wide range of network functions including event planning and coordination, operational logistics, volunteer engagement, community outreach, and programme delivery. I regularly assist in coordinating resources, staffing, and communications to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of activities and events across the network. This includes managing medical treatment centres at large scale events of up to 40 volunteers at events such as London Marathon.
