Raised with an engineer’s mindset for problem-solving, I quickly discovered that the real challenges rarely lie in technology, they lie in people. This insight sparked my passion for process facilitation and led me to co-found tini studio, where human dynamics take center stage. Today, I partner with corporate and higher education organizations to design and deliver tailored learning experiences, trainings, workshops, and events, that drive meaningful, lasting change. I also coach leaders who are committed to cultivating inclusive cultures, psychological safety, and lifelong learning within their teams. My work sits at the intersection of learning design, leadership development, and organizational transformation, always with a focus on empowering people, not just solving problems.
I create custom learning experiences, trainings and workshops for sustainable and inclusive organisational development. I coach individuals and teams on career, leadership and team dynamics.
I am responsible for professionalisation and deployment of hybrid teacher coaches within our Coaching Pool in curricular and extracurricular education. I support education innovation and development of a learning culture through coaching, facilitation and workshops.
Alongside Melanie Rieback, I develop and facilitate interactive workshops for Business school students enrolled in the course to experience and integrate the principles of Post-Growth Entrepreneruship, through an active learning pedagogical approach.
I facilitate workshops on research and design topics and coaching sessions for Industrial Design bachelor and master students.
